Rob is a Workflow Director at Dreamworks Animation where he works with the character departments. He has been at DreamWorks for 23 years, and has worked on many of their productions in artist, development, and creative supervision roles. He was first involved with hair on the original animated feature, Shrek, for which he co-authored the hair dynamics system, and is currently involved with defining the future of hair at DreamWorks
