Wei Sen Loi is Ph.D. Candidate at the School of Engineering at UBC Okanagan. His research interests include plasmonic structural colorations, physically based rendering, and VR/AR. He is a student entrepreneur and has co-founded of banditVR technologies that work on advanced photorealistic visualization technology and servicing clients from boat manufacturers, real estate, interior designers, and developers. In July 2020, his venture company is bought out by a Vancouver-based company and joined as lead design architect to create a new social-based webXR experience.
