Jernej Barbic is an associate professor of computer science at the University of Southern California. He published 18 ACM SIGGRAPH papers in his career. His research interests include computer graphics, animation, interactive physics, haptic rendering, visual effects for film, medical imaging, anatomically based modeling and simulation, FEM deformable objects, biomechanics, sound simulation and model reduction. Jernej served on the ACM SIGGRAPH Papers Committee in 2011, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2019.
