Annina Rüst is an artist-inventor and Associate Professor at the Wilkes Honors College at Florida Atlantic University. She is known for her work in new media art, software art, and electronics-based art. Her works often focus on political issues within tech culture, including gender representation and online privacy. Rüst’s projects have been shown internationally in galleries, museums, and festivals such as Zero1 Biennial, Ars Electronica, and ISEA. In 2014, she received an Art+Technology Lab grant from the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
