DescriptionMaya has supported rig evaluation with deformers on GPU since 2016, but with limited performance. Here, we detail our experiments with these limitations and present how we redesign our rigs to efficiently evaluate them within Maya’s evaluation framework. Our approach has improved our rig evaluations on GPU by 10x.
