DescriptionMaliha is currently undertaking a content review of BAFTA Award winning pre-school animation, investigating representation against the nine protected characteristics of the UK's Equality Act 2010. The research looks at representation both on and off screen in the UK animation industry and compares this to the demographics of the UK population. It's aims are to see if preschool animation is representative of British society, and whether those depictions are positive or negatively stereotyped.
