Carolin Reichherzer is a Senior Research Associate in AR/VR at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Switzerland. She earned a PhD in 2021 from the University of South Australia with research on use of VR for crime scene visualisation. She specialises in finding innovative ways to use emerging technologies to solve current problems and how they could have a real impact on people, with a particular interest in interaction techniques for AR/VR, and in 3D reconstruction. Her work has resulted in many awards, including a commendation by the South Australian governor for outstanding research.
