Issei Sato received the degrees of Doctor of Information Science and Technology from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2011. He was Assistant professor of Academic Information Science Research Division Information Technology Center, in the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2011. He was Lecturer of the Department of Complexity Science and Engineering, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, in the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2015. He was Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Science, Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, in the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2020.
