DescriptionGPU-driven industries like gaming, machine learning, and technical computing are growing rapidly due to rising GPU performance. As performance increases, so does code complexity, making GPU programming languages ever more critical to these industries. The HLSL compiler team is responsible for advancing graphics and GPU programming by driving new initiatives to design, implement, and expose the latest in GPU hardware features. We work with hardware partner teams to develop new features, and with game/app developer teams to make sure those features meet their needs. We are seeking an experienced compiler and graphics engineer to help us build the future of GPU programming through HLSL for Xbox and Windows. We are happy to consider candidates who might work remotely anywhere across the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with extensive data sets to measure compiler correctness and performance
- Fix correctness issues and tune the compiler for performance
- Implement language and other features
