Dylan joined Pixar Animation Studios in 1995 where he worked as an animator on A Bug's Life, Monster’s Inc, The Incredibles; a Directing Animator on Toy Story 2; and as Supervising Animator on Finding Nemo and Ratatouille. In August of 2009, Dylan took on the new role of Creative Director for Pixar Canada. In this new position, Dylan was in charge of building a talented team and a spectacular facility in Vancouver that delivered high quality, world class short film animation that fans of Pixar had come to expect. After a two decade career with Pixar, Dylan joined Paramount Animation in 2014 where he Directed the feature animated film Wonderpark, released in 2019. In 2018 Dylan returned to Vancouver and joined Blackbird Interactive, where he continues to serve as the studio’s Director of Cinematics.
