Rejane Spitz is a Full Professor and Coordinator of the Electronic Art Lab (Laboratório de Arte Eletrônica) at the Department of Arts and Design at PUC-Rio. B.Arts in Industrial Design and Visual Communication from PUC-Rio (1979), post-graduated in Advanced Typographic Design from London College of Printing (England, 1982), M. Arts from Central School of Art & Design (England, 1983) , PhD in Education from PUC-Rio (1993), post-doctorate in Electronic Art from the University of California - Berkeley (USA, 2002) and from CADRE Laboratory for New Media / San Jose State University, California (USA, 2003).
