Daniel Banuti is an Assistant Professor for Thermo-Fluids at the University of New Mexico, in Albuquerque. His previous experience includes postdoctoral positions at Stanford and Caltech / NASA JPL. Before coming to the U.S., Dr. Banuti was a staff scientist at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), where he worked on rocket engine modeling. He received his M.Sc. from RWTH Aachen University, and the Ph.D. from the University of Stuttgart, in Germany.
