Johann Francois Coetzee is a senior Character Simulation TD at Walt Disney Animation Studios. After completing his Bachelors of Science from NEIA Francois went on to work at Weta Digital as a Creature TD on multiple films recognized by Academy Award for Best Visual Effect including “James Cameron's Avatar”. Francois has worked as a Character TD at Walt Disney Animation Studios since 2013 and recently as Lead Character TD on “Frozen 2” and “Raya and the Last Dragon” developing the tailor based tools and workflows for authoring simulation rigs.
