Artistic Director of Unexpected Productions and regarded as one of the most experienced improvisational artists in the world. Randy founded and directs The Orcas Island Project, an international performance group represented by 12 countries. In addition to his work with theater professionals and the general public, he has taught workshops for various corporate clients such as Boeing, Microsoft, Weyerhaeuser, Starbucks, Charles Schwab, and many more. Author of Being Present: Spontaneous Storytelling and the Art of Improvisation, Dixon has a B.F.A. in Drama from Seattle University and a Master’s Degree in Mythological Studies with an emphasis in Jungian Depth Psychology.
