Biography
Keenan Crane is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. He teaches courses on intro graphics and applied geometry, including a SIGGRAPH 2013 Course on geometry processing, which is now a semester-long course at CMU; video lectures available here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9_jI1bdZmz0hIrNCMQW1YmZysAiIYSSS Crane is a Packard Fellow, Google PhD Fellow, and NSF Postdoc Fellow; his work applies insights from differential geometry to develop fundamental algorithms for practical geometry processing.
